課程概述 |
植病研究法是植物保護科學研究最基礎的養成課程之一，內容涵蓋科學文獻的蒐集與閱讀、病害調查、病害樣本的採集與保存、組織切片與顯微觀察、病原菌的分離、纯化、培養，並進一步探討如何進行生物防治、化學防治、病原菌分子分群等試驗。 |

本課程介紹植物病理學領域之各項基本技能，期盼學生能藉此掌握科學研究要領，為未來獨立進行植物病理學研究建立良好基礎。 |
